At Adimask, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth return process for our valued customers. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Return:

  • You have 10 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds or returns are exclusively applicable in the event of receiving defective, damaged, incorrect, or misprinted products, including wrong sizes. We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate refunds or returns for reasons such as lack of interest or changed requirements.

Order Cancellation:

  • Please be aware that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We start processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.

    Initiating a Return:

    • Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

    Damages and Issues:

    • We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Please be aware that certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
